SA Sultana*

SA Sultanas are light amber to dark brown, with a varied colour and free-flowing, seedless dried grapes. They are tender with soft skins, offering a lower sugar content and a sharp, caramelised flavour. These sultanas are carefully dipped before being naturally
dried under the direct sunlight.

SA Thompson*

Thompson raisins are dark brown to black, evenly coloured, free-flowing, seedless dried grapes. They feature a high natural sugar content and a distinct caramelised sweetness, developed through natural sun-drying.

OR Sultana

OR Sultanas are greenish to amber-brown, seedless dried grapes with a reasonably uniform colour. They are free-flowing, tender, and have a soft skin, featuring a lower sugar content and a tangy flavour. These sultanas are naturally wind-dried, avoiding direct sunlight.

Golden Sultana

Light yellow to deep golden, free-flowing seedless dried grapes with high sugar content and a rich, sweet flavour. Sulphured and naturally wind-dried away from direct sunlight.

Flame*

Flame raisins are dark brown to black, seedless dried grapes with a naturally sweet flavour, made from Flame grape varieties. They are sun-dried naturally under direct sunlight.
